Creating opportunities: At Del Plata Butacas SRL we have established a strategic plan to attract and retain talented women in our industry. We have signed an agreement to promote job opportunities with the Professional Training Center No. 402 in Spegazzini, Ezeiza. This center works closely with companies and employers in the region to identify job opportunities for female graduates and, in addition to training in technical disciplines, organizes job fairs and provides personalized advice on how to enter the labor market. These initiatives help women overcome barriers and challenges in the job search, and give them greater confidence in their skills and qualifications.
Once they join the work team, we have implemented training and skills development programs so that they can efficiently adapt to our production and quality processes.
